WLC:Week 5

  • She has been consistently losing atleast 1kg per week!Good going Siti!
  • This week she has lost 1.5 kg (2.15%)
  • Lost 0.8% body fat
  • Increased 1.5% water
Also, a big hand to Siti Maizun for losing the most inches.

She reduced a total of 5.5cm all over her body (1.58%) this week!Good job Siti!

WLC: Week 1
